Shipping

Quality Hair Treatments delivers to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped out by standard First Class Mail unless otherwise noted.  Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Tracking information is available for all orders.  All orders arrive between 1 to 5 business days. Time in transit varies according to delivery destination.  Delays may occur due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

Quality Hair Treatments also delivers to the following US Territories: APO, FPO, DPO & Puerto Rico.

 

Returns & Refunds 

Quality Hair Treatments will accept returns as long as the merchandise is in sellable condition and is in the original manufacturer packaging. A refund will be issued once the merchandise has been returned. If customer receives wrong merchandise (our mistake) we will reimburse or ship you the correct item at no extra cost. Please contact customer service at sales@qualityhairtreatments.com to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping back products.

To cancel orders, please contact customer service directly at (347) 541-HAIR.  A full refund will be issued for merchandise and shipping charges as long as the merchandise has not been shipped out. However if your order has been shipped out, the customer has the option to refuse the package once it arrives. If an order is refused or shipped back, a refund will be issued only for the merchandise portion of the order once it is returned.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
